Pride Day Today 27th! 2015 Dublin LGBTQ Pride Events, Pride Village, Parade Route & After-Parties!

Dublin Pride 2015 parade routePride VillageThe main event – the day you’ve all been waiting for, the 2015 Dublin LGBTQ Pride Parade, is finally here, today, Saturday 27th June, 2015. We include here the Parade Route, Pride Village info, Pride Parade Day Events (including champagne breakfasts!!) and an updated list of after-parties!

After this, you should be fully equipped with all the information you need to have a great Dublin Pride Day.

To start off, assembly for the parade will start at 12 noon (or 10am for groups) and the parade will begin moving through Dublin at 1:30pm sharp. It will start at the Garden of Remembrance at Parnell Square, and proceed through the streets of Dublin.

Starting at the Garden of Remembrance on Parnell Square, the Parade will also go down O’Connell Street as is tradition. We will turn left down the Eden Quay and cross the river at the Talbot Memorial Bridge. From there we will continue down City Quay, turn right onto Lombard Street and up straight through Westland Row. From there we will proceed to Merrion Square, and the Pride Village is at Merrion Square Park! [Please note: It is illegal to drink on the streets].

Profile Pink Champagne Breakfast
PROFILE have teamed up with Boteco Brazil to bring you together on the morning of Dublin Pride to enjoy a delicious breakfast and to start your day of celebration with a nice glass of PINK CHAMPAGNE. Get your fill of a hot Irish Breakfast, pastries or be healthy with our fruit selection, just make sure you have eaten the most important meal of the day before your long day of festivities. Whitefriar Grill Pride Brunch
For the third year running Whitefriar Grill hosts pre-Pride brunch from 10:30am with DJ Ruth and special guests. Book early as this is the fabbest brunch in town with a wig on it.

BelongTo Non-Alchoholic Breakfast
BeLonG To Youth Service, Non-Alcoholic Breakfast is now in its 4th Year. Every year it keeps getting bigger, 2014, over 75 LGBT Youths engaged with the event. It’s a great healthy way to start the Pride Celebrations.

Dublin Pride Thanksgiving Service
Thanksgiving service at St Audoen’s on Saturday 27th June. The service is being arranged by Faith in Marriage Equality, CAI, GCVI and We Are Church Ireland.

Baby Pride
Best Pride costumes in the spirit of equality – The Future Is Equal! Continue the spirit of the Yes vote. Come to the parade with your kid to help celebrate this event. Pride want you to come up with the best pride costume for babies and kids you can – so colour, glitter, and rainbows. Go wide and show your support.

Pride Village
The Parade culminates in Merrion Square where you’ll have the opportunity to listen to the Grand Marshals, as well as other guest speakers who have contributed to the LGBTQ community, but there is so much more planned for you this year. Pride Village will open at noon. Inside the park, as well as the community zone and family area, there will be entertainment from the always wonderful team at Hunt & Gather all day long.

Dublin LGBTQ Pride Parade 2015
Assembling from 12pm Parade begins at 1.30pm The annual parade is the centrepiece of the entire 10-day Festival. The 2015 Parade promises to be the largest ever LGBTQ parade in Irish history, so don’t miss it. The parade is a celebration of the rich diversity of the LGBTQ community in Dublin, Ireland and the world, with an expanded arts, social and cultural content.

Pride Saturday at The George
After you have finished marching in the Pride Parade, you can join the Pride Celebrations, with a multitude of DJ’s, special acts and performers there’s nowhere else you would rather be! This year will be bigger and better than ever before!

Pride Bukkake
Bukkake always has something for everyone, so wether you’re a Club Kid, hipster bear, twink, trainee, tweaker, cub, otter, chaser, boy, girl, lesbotronic, queen, drag king, queer, puff or a downright durty FAG, you will ALL be on the dancefloor with Dj’s all day!

Get your party paws in the air for the Dublin Bear Pride post-parade party, featuring DJ EL Styra.

El Styra’s Pop Party
El Styra will be wheeling her annual Pride Pop Party (and herself) back to Little Strand Street – opposite Pantibar and adjacent to Jack Nealon’s – for a fifth anniversary night of camp classics, craic with the crowd and later, possibly, some Irish dancing to Diana Ross…before the helicopters start hovering overhead. For bears, cubs, butch girls, their admirers and anyone else who worships trashy pop it’s sure to be a shindig worth remembering!

The world’s BIGGEST Gay Clubbing Festival, Circuit Festival is coming to Dublin. On June 27th 2015 PROFILE will host Matinee’s Pre Circuit Festival Party at The Palace Nightclub.
