Meet the faces of Ali’s Kitchen, Crawford and Co, Dockland, Electric, Isaac’s, Jacobs on The Mall, Nash 19, The Farmgate Café, and The Imperial Hotel; learn about Cork’s world-class seasonal produce which they use in their dishes on a daily basis. Each dish will be paired perfectly with a beverage to enhance the food experience. This is a three hour culinary experience that invites food lovers to meet the talented chefs and restaurateurs who collaborate on Cork’s famed Long Table Dinner – bringing the dinner to you in a different format.

The two leading the Food Trails this year will be Chef Trisha Lewis of Jacob’s on the Mall and Ali Honour of Ali’s Kitchen on Paul Street.
The team behind Cork’s Long Table have announced that Cork’s Long Table Dinner at Cork Midsummer will lie fallow this season, as the team replenishes and rejuvenates. They are returning for a bigger and better feast for the senses in 2020. As plans are put in place for next year’s event, 10 of Cork’s top culinary institutes are joining forces to present ‘Walk the Long Table.’
‘Walk the Long Table’ will take place at twice daily, at 2.30pm and 3pm on Wednesday 12, Thursday 13, Friday 14, Wednesday 19, Thursday 20, and Friday 21 June 2019, as part of Cork Midsummer Festival.
Tickets priced at €85, include 8 courses plus drinks along the trail.
Booking opens on May 2, following the official festival launch, via www.corkmidsummer.com.
Cork Midsummer Festival will run from 13 – 23 June, with full programme announced and on sale from May 2.
