Welcome to this 8 Week At Home Fitness Class for the LGBT+ Community with Aoife Cooke.
This series was developed as a collaboration between the Gay Project, the Cork Hellhounds Rugby Club, Frontrunners Cork Running Club, Cork Rebels Football Club, and the Gay Ramblers Hillwalking Club.
Whether your goal is to lose some lockdown pounds, get some exercise into your week, or build on your existing New Year New You training, this will really help.
Classes are completely free, and will start Tuesday 19th January, at 7:30pm.
