A $1 million government grant has been awarded to three LGBT institutions to help homeless gay youths in New York, allowing them to fund job training and education. The $1 million grant will be shared by three organizations: the Ali Forney Center, the Hetrick-Martin Institute and the NYC LGBT Center.
